• Target Audience: Sophisticated, modern demographics seeking a category-defining alternative to standard Pops—specifically designed to capture cross-cultural, “grown and sexy” audiences.

II. THE ALL-INCLUSIVE VALUE PROPOSITION

The Velvet Voices Booking Fee is structured as an inclusive package, offered in two presentation formats.

Presentation Formats

• Full Production—”Luxe House”: High energy, house-music driven. Advanced Keyboard tier (synth, gospel/R&B improv), full stem playback package, and inclusion of the optional Lighting Run of Show (ROS) with atmosphere design cues.

• Core Concert—”Acoustic Soul”: Acoustic, intimacy-forward. Standard Keyboard tier (no synth/improv), same core repertoire and run time but with a leaner production profile and without the ROS lighting add-on.

Included

• Licensing & Clearances: OWP handles the project’s arrangement-related permissions and provides packaged performance materials as defined in the engagement agreement.

• Musical Arrangements & Scoring: Professional arrangements and scoring are in development.

• Featured Artist Performance Fee: All-inclusive of lead vocalist and audience engagement.

• Audio & Lighting: Pre-programmed high-fidelity house music stems and an optional Lighting Run of Show (ROS).

• Tech Infrastructure: Redundant master playback devices for house music/click synchronization.

III. THE "TURN-KEY" PRODUCTION STANDARD

One World Productions (OWP) provides an optimized, frictionless experience for the host institution.

• The "One & Done" Standard: Following its Premiere Residency & Optimization Partnership (series of orchestral performances in Late Summer 2027), Velvet Voices is designed for a single-rehearsal pops schedule, subject to local conditions.

• The Charts: Musical materials are being developed and quality-checked with co-arranger Ron Walters, Jr. (Emmy Nominee; Music Director/Arranger for Barry Manilow; Guest Conductor: LA Phil, BBC; projects with New York Pops, Nobel Peace Prize Concerts).

• Audio Specifications: OWP provides a pre-built playback package with a high-fidelity stem mix (max. 10 inputs).

• Synchronization: Conductor and Drummer utilize a Click Track, provided by OWP.

• Tech Integration: Compatible with venues hosting Film with Live Orchestra/Live to Playback events (e.g.: Harry Potter in Concert) or artists like John Legend and Ben Folds.

• Hardware: OWP provides the master playback device with redundant backup, no external pads or triggers required.

IV. PERSONNEL & INSTRUMENTATION

• Instrumentation: Standard Pops/Broadway-style Orchestra. Detailed instrumentation available Winter 2026.

• Soloist Model: Featured Artist Only (vocalist). Venue provides all orchestral and rhythm section personnel.

• Lead Vocal Microphone: Venue provides one high-quality wireless handheld microphone (Shure Axient or equivalent house-standard system).

• Rhythm Section Specifications:

  • Luxe-House Version: Standard Drum Kit (all auxiliary percussion is pre-programmed into house music audio stems).

  • Acoustic-Soul Version: Standard Drum Kit + 1 Percussionist (congas, hand percussion).

  • Both Versions: Keys, Bass (upright & electric double), Guitar (acoustic & electric double).

• Modular Keyboard Tiers:

  • 1. Standard: Fully written-out piano, no improv or synth. Pianist needs only to be familiar with general pop styles & rhythms.

  • 2. Advanced: Keyboard/synth/improv part (gospel/R&B/jazz improv; all patches/cues included).
